Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SiteVids.com("SiteVids", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use SiteVids.

1. The service

SiteVids generates short product videos and launch teasers from URLs you submit. Free previews may include a SiteVids watermark. Paid exports unlock clean 1080p MP4 masters according to the plan you purchase. Credits are one-time purchases — there is no subscription.

2. Accounts

You must keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass payment, or violate these Terms.

3. URL submission warranty & IP indemnity

When you submit a URL you represent and warrant that you own the site, operate it, or have authorization to market that URL and its trademarks, content, and brand assets for promotional video purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold SiteVids harmless from any third-party copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual-property claims arising from URLs or content you submit.

4. Acceptable use

• No paywalled, private, or illegally obtained content.
• No phishing, malware, scam, adult-illegal, or deceptive advertising pages.
• No attempts to scrape or attack SiteVids infrastructure, or to circumvent quotas/payments.
• No automated bulk abuse beyond normal product use.

5. Payments & credits

Prices are listed in USD on the site. Payments are processed by Stripe. Export credits are applied to your account after successful payment and do not expire under normal operation. Credits are non-transferable.

6. Digital delivery

After purchase you may render and download a clean master MP4 for an eligible job. Delivery is digital only. Re-downloads of unlocked jobs remain available while we retain the file.

7. Disclaimers

Videos are generated automatically from publicly reachable pages. Output quality depends on the source site. Sample demos on our homepage may use public brand sites for illustration; trademarks belong to their owners. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteVids is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party site content, upstream AI vendor outages, or temporary render failures (see our Refund Policy for remedies).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
