Refund & Fulfillment Policy

SiteVids sells digital video exports (1080p MP4 masters) and multi-video credit packs. This page explains delivery, refunds, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. What you buy

• Single export — $9 USD for 1 clean 1080p HD export credit.
• 3-Video Pass — $19 USD for 3 clean export credits.

Free previews and watermarked downloads are not paid products. There are no subscriptions and no shipping of physical goods.

2. Fulfillment / delivery

After Stripe confirms payment, export credits are added to your SiteVids account (usually within seconds). You then render and download the clean MP4 from the product UI. Delivery is complete when the clean master file is available for download.

Typical paid render time is about 10–30 seconds after you click render, depending on load. If a render fails, your credit is returned automatically where our systems can detect the failure.

3. Refunds

Because credits unlock digital files, we generally do not refund completed successful exports. We will provide a refund or replacement credit when:

• Payment was charged but credits never appeared after a reasonable wait and support review.
• A paid render fails repeatedly or delivers a corrupted/unusable file due to a SiteVids technical fault.
• You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (or equivalent local law).

We do not refund solely because you dislike creative output, the source website changed, or you submitted a URL you were not authorized to market.

4. How to request help

Email [email protected] with your account email, Stripe receipt / session id if available, and the job id from your video URL. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve delivery issues quickly. Abuse of chargebacks after successful delivery may result in account suspension.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law (for example when a paid export fails for a SiteVids technical fault).
